The Mexican day of celebration and remembrance “Día de Muertos or Día de los Muertos” (The Day of the Dead) served as inspiration for this special artwork by Jack Liemburg. This work is a unique combination of photography, acrylic and collage techniques that of course incorporate the characteristic skeletons and masks. This artwork is a real eye-catcher and an asset to everyone’s interior!
A visual spectacle on dibond
The artwork is made on dibond and features a heavy, 5 cm thick wooden frame whose sides are painted through. This means it can be hung directly on the wall. Jack Liemburg finished the artwork with a thick layer of UV-resistant epoxy resin, giving a stunning effect. Although this effect is difficult to photograph, we can say with certainty that the works of art are even more impressive in real life.
