Purple Haze is undoubtedly one of the best screen prints by legendary Dutch artist Herman Brood. As a tribute to guitar virtuoso Jimi Hendrix, Herman created a breathtaking painting of which limited edition screen prints have been produced. The edition covers only 150 copies, and this numbered silkscreen is personally signed in silver by Herman Brood. Of course comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Herman Brood – a race artist
Herman Brood (born Zwolle, 1946) was a Dutch artist who was a race artist in everything. In his music, poems and especially his paintings and screen prints, Bread worked with abandon. He plunged into a hallucinatory adventure with brushes, paint and spray cans again and again, from which he emerged unchanged as the winner. His work expresses a tremendous drive that, thanks to his perfect mastery of technique, he was able to brilliantly transform into form and color. The great interest in his work meant a tremendous boost for Herman Brood.
