About the artist: Diederik van Appel
Diederik van Appel was long active as an agent of Dutch artists at exhibitions around the world. During his travels, he developed a strong urge to express his own creativity. Inspired by his experience, artistic insight and passion for art, he has developed his own unique style of pop art. His works combine digital techniques with photography, gold leaf, lots of color and various other items. The final processing with epoxy creates a beautiful 3-D effect.
